F.O.R.M. | Biblically-Based Homeschool Health & PE Curriculum

If you homeschool, you’ve probably spent some time thinking about how to teach and implement physical education, health, and fitness.

I know I worked hard to find some kind of curriculum for my kids that would help them understand the way their bodies work, and how God calls us to treat them. I wanted a health and fitness curriculum that worked with our biblical beliefs, that could be used at home, and that helped our kids establish lifelong health habits. I also wanted them to understand the importance and purpose of those health habits.

You too?

Check out this biblically-based homeschool PE and health curriculum. It’s online, and takes just about 30 minutes a day. Best of all, there’s no prep work for you to do!

This is a sponsored post. We work hard to find offers we think you’ll love. Thanks for supporting Thinking Kids.

With F.O.R.M. and about a half hour each day, your kids can:

  • Learn about an aspect of their health and fitness with a fun, animated lesson in 8-12 minutes.
  • Work out with a warm-up.
  • Move while adding new exercises to their grow repertoire of activities.
  • Cool down and stretch.
  • Do a quick online assessment of the material they’ve learned.
  • There are even devotionals to go with the lessons!

The F.O.R.M. Curriculum is an online homeschool program for health and PE that helps you teach your kids about God’s design for health from a biblical worldview.

F.O.R.M.’s online program takes your students through the major health and fitness topics in an upbeat, positive way. The program has a biblical worldview–there are even devotions to go with each lesson.

It feels like your kids are being educated by a friendly sports coach. My kids have all played competitive sports, and they respond well to that kind of coaching!

Some of the topics covered include:

  • Functional Fitness | Our bodies work better when we move.
  • Healthy on the Inside | Our skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular, and respiratory systems and how movement affects them.
  • Fighting Sickness | Blood flow, the lymph system, and immunity.
  • Food as Fuel | Whole versus processed food and energy needs.
  • Rest and Recovery | Posture, sleep, stretching, and injury recovery.

There are more–this is just a brief synopsis I put together for you.

There are optional modules that cover:

  • The Reproductive System
  • Social Health, Conflict, and Grief
  • Substance Abuse
  • Emotional Health

You may want to watch those first, but teens may encounter these issues with their friends. It is good to be prepared from a biblical worldview.
