I never forget to brush my teeth. Every morning, I go straight to the sink and scrub them. Every evening before bed, I brush them again. It’s a rhythm–something I’ve been doing since I was very small.
Just like I want to teach my children good physical habits, I want to teach them healthy spiritual habits as well. It’s not religious ritual I seek for them, but a solid foundation built on an understanding of Christ.
I’d be honored if you’d join me today at Kids in the Word for a discussion of how and why to develop a daily spiritual rhythm.
