150 Screen Free Activities for Kids
When our oldest two were younger, we had video games in the house. We quickly realized those games had a tendency to be a little addictive. Not only that, playing the games altered their personalities for hours afterwards. They were cranky and unresponsive. Activities our kids used to love fell by the wayside. We removed the video games, and things improved. We soon realized, though, that TV had a similar effect.

So, our family watched a few educational YouTube videos or short movies (like What’s in the Bible with Buck Denver?) a week, and maybe a family movie a few times a month. The rest of the time, we were screen free. It worked well for us.

Last year, I made a list of 100+ Screen Free Activities for Teens. Here’s a fun list of activities for your younger kids. These screen free activities are all tested and approved by my four kids.
